17 December 2013 · General · Tips for the Moa Man

Help us help Santa and you could help yourself to a Moa Christmas.

To celebrate the end of the year and to help spread some Christmas beer cheer we’re giving away some cases of Moa Methode cases (6x 4pks in each case).  To enter the Moa Santa’s Little Helper promotion (“Promo”) go to the Moa Beer facebook page, look for the ‘Santa’s Little Helper’ post and help out the Jolly Fat Man by leaving a comment in the post with the name of someone who you think deserves some Moa beer under their tree this Christmas.

The small clauses:

  • 1x entry per helper. In other words you can’t try and help yourself more than once.
  • There are 5x prizes to be won. Each prize consists of 2x cases of Moa Methode: 1x case for the helper’s nominated deserving someone, and 1x case for the helper (for helping out).
  • The winning helpers will be drawn on 19 December around 9pm NZT.
  • The Promo is open to New Zealand residents 18 years of age or older only.
  • Moa reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to exclude any entries that fail to meet the entry criteria. Moa also reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process. Moa is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems which may result in delay or failure to enter the draw. We could go on and on, but you get the idea and know how these things work.

Hamish Ferguson coaches loads of junior cyclists in all weathers in Christchurch, and helps heaps more young people and older cyclists alike to make the most out of cycling. He really deserves a good beer or three, and so do I – I have started track cycling this year in my mid 40s. Not bad I think for an old girl! Hamish is providing free coaching to a big bunch of masters women trackies in Canterbury, most of whom have never raced before, let along ridden a fixie!

If anyone in New Zealand deserves a beer it has to be my wife. Putting up with me for 27 yrs. Listening to all my gripes, Fair go this woman deserves a bloody beer and a half, a MOA beer.

I think Troy has been very helpful lately and deserves a beer or two. On top of being such a good boy, he deserves a little extra attention as he has to share his birthday with the Christmas season.

My father deserves some Moa beer. He is a few months off retirement and loves craft beer… We both enjoy a beer together on occasion and it would be a welcomed surprise for him to receive a gift like this, he would be truly humbled.

My vote is for lisa piling. She was the manager for the hku11 mixed touch team I was coaching and was a great organizer. She took care of all the paper work, meetings, communication with all the parents and was great help on tournament day. It would be well deserved.

My flatmate Nathan Jackson and my bestfriend deserves to win Moa Beer. He is struggling to find a new job and a girlfriend. By drinking Moa on New Years it will increase his status Quo and help his to pick up. Cheers
