The Moa Quaffer is a single hopped India Pale Lager, showcasing the Motueka variety. Used as both the bittering and late hop, the Motueka hop provides citrus and tangelo characters.  Dry hopped at conditioning, the Motueka hop also affords a nice floral but resinous character. 36-40 IBU.
